Anthony Grieco & Rocco Anthony Jerry will play Joseph Bertolozzi‘s “Trances & Visions” and “Slovenia” from The Balkan Suite Sunday July 31, 2011 at the American Accordionists’ Association Concert Series. The event takes place at the Tenri Cultural Institute, 43 W 13th St # A, New York, NY (212) 645-2800, www.ameraccord.com/annualmasterclass.html. Both works will be featured in a Masterclass at 3pm and in the evening’s concert at 7pm.
Other pieces on the program will include works by Schimmel, Nash, First, Stoler, McMahan, Holshouse, Goldberg, Makofka, Bailey and Dewan.
