Bridge Music, Joseph Bertolozzi’s music installation celebrating the iconic Mid Hudson Bridge (and sister project to Tower Music at the Eiffel Tower in Paris) opens its 17th season April 1.
Free and open to the public, this sound-art installation is located at each of the bridge’s towers, accessed from the Mid Hudson Bridge’s pedestrian sidewalks near 34 Gerald Dr., Poughkeepsie and Johnson-Iorio Park, in Highland. The sidewalks are open 24 hours from April 1 through October 31. Additionally, the same music plays year-round, 24/7 in the parks flanking the bridge on 95.3FM.
