Poughkeepsie’s newest restaurant, The Ice House, has added a new sandwich to their menu, the Bridge Music Burger. It is a delicious bacon cheeseburger with a garlic asiago sauce celebrating my Bridge Music sound art installation.
Situated on the waterfront in Waryas Park between the the city’s majestic bridges, this historic brick building features old world charm, is within walking distance to the Poughkeepsie Metro North Train Station, the Bridge Music installation on the Mid Hudson Bridge and the Walkway over the Hudson. Public boat docking and waterfront dining both inside and out are available. Its menus are presented by Culinary Institute of America Chefs Jaime Mastroianni, John Heineke, Brian Demboski, and Greg Cochran.
